What the audit is

The site audit is a one-off piece of analysis: we read your Google Analytics and your site, and deliver a written report with four short calls around it, as described on the pricing section. It is measurement and recommendation — not ad management, SEO delivery or content production. We tell you what to fix; the fixing is yours (or ours to quote separately).

Price and payment

The Site Check is £350, one-off, paid securely online when you book. Full refund if you cancel before your briefing call or within 24 hours after it. An invoice is available on request. Work begins when payment arrives and we have view-only access to your Analytics. If you move to monthly reporting within 30 days of your audit being delivered, the £350 is credited against your first month.

What we need from you

A view-only Google Analytics invite (never your password) and reasonable availability for the calls. If your site has no GA4, we set it up free and wait until there is enough data — we will tell you when, rather than promise a date.

What we promise

Honest findings in plain English, with every recommendation tied to a number it should move. If on the first call we believe your data cannot support a useful audit — too little traffic, or tracking broken beyond reading — we say so before taking payment, not after.

Confidentiality

Your data and your numbers are yours. We don't share them, name you, or use your figures publicly without written permission. Sample reports on our site are invented businesses.

Liability

We stand behind the accuracy of our reading of your data, but decisions you take on the back of it are yours. Our liability in connection with any piece of work is capped at the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that UK law says cannot be limited.

Refunds and cancellations

Before work starts: cancel any time for a full refund of anything paid. Once the audit is underway, it runs to delivery — if we believe partway through that your data cannot support a useful audit, we say so and refund in full. After delivery, the audit fee is not refundable, but it is credited against your first month if you move to monthly reporting within 30 days.

Monthly reporting has no tie-in: cancel any month and it simply stops at the end of the period paid for; no partial-month refunds. The annual plan is paid up front and runs its twelve months. To cancel anything, reply to any of our emails or use the contact page — no forms, no phone queue.
