Privacy
Optova Analytics is a UK business. This page says plainly what we collect and what we do with it. Last updated 12 October 2026.
The enquiry form
When you send the form on our homepage we receive what you typed: your name, email address, website, and anything you chose to add. We use it only to reply to you and to prepare for the call or audit you asked about. It is not added to any mailing list, not shared with anyone else, and not used for advertising. If nothing comes of your enquiry we delete it within six months; just ask and it goes sooner.
Our own analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 on this site — the same tool we audit for clients — to see how the site is used. It runs with consent mode and does not set analytics cookies unless you allow it. The data is aggregated: we see that pages were visited, not who you are.
Client work
When you become a client you grant us view-only access to your Google Analytics through Google's own invitation system. We never ask for passwords. We read your data to produce your reports and for nothing else; we do not pass it to anyone, and access ends when you remove the invite (two clicks in GA4, and we show you where).
We email you about your enquiry and your work with us — that's it. No newsletters unless you ask for one.
Your rights
UK GDPR gives you the right to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Email us and it's done: contact details here.
